Green Island Releases New Web Presence for The Royal Dublin Golf Club
New web presence for prestigious name in Irish golf.

(Dublin, Ireland) Green Island Interactive, a professional internet solutions and consulting company, today released a newly designed web site for The Royal Dublin Golf Club.
Formed in 1885 and receiving its royal designation in 1891, The Royal Dublin Golf Club is steeped in the history and tradition of Irish golf. It has been home to many championships, amateur and professional, with the highlights being three memorable Irish Opens staged from 1983 to 1985.
The new web site, featuring an original design complimenting the Club's identity, has been built on Green Island's Site Caddy framework, meaning the club will not only be able to update almost all aspect of the site, but also sell online, manage member contact details, and communicate with members via e-mail and SMS text message.
